LifeLine EMT Supervisor

About the role

Full Time Nights, Supports North Region. The Supervisor‑LifeLine holds a supervisory leadership position within LifeLine. Under the direction of the Manager‑LifeLine, the role carries 24/7 responsibility for executing duties related to the assigned base(s) area of operations, supporting payroll, supplies, facility, and asset needs for the team and manager, and partnering in employee relations, team member engagement, and key customer relationships (including outreach training).

Responsibilities

• Support payroll, supplies, facility, and asset needs for assigned team(s) and Manager‑LifeLine
• Partner in employee relations, team member engagement, and key customer relationships, including outreach training
• Own staffing, team member recognition, rounding, and coaching for assigned team members
• Maintain clinical credentialing and actively staff within scope of practice to support clinical operations at assigned base(s)
• Promote and ensure a safe environment for patients, families, team members, and customers interacting with the transport team
• Champion IU Health Values and maintain focus on providing exceptional team member experience and support

Requirements

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience
• Current EMT licensure, with required certifications and ongoing education to meet EMT licensure requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s Degree preferred
