Lifeguard (Weekend Shifts)

About the role

We are looking for year-round Lifeguards in Norwood, MA for weekend shifts specifically.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate the Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson - Provide quality swim instruction to children - Uphold Aqua-Tots Core Values in interactions with children, parents, and staff - Maintain a safe pool environment - Ensure the safety of all swimmers - Communicate effectively with all staff and members - Handle customer complaints with a win-win outcome - Report unresolved complaints to the manager - Lead by example for other staff members

Requirements

- Fun - Friendly - Reliable (consistent is key for our kids) - Energetic - Outgoing - Great team player - Currently certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding
