Lifeguard

The Lifeguard's primary responsibility is the safety of the owners and guests at the resort. This position is the first responder for any incident that may occur in the pool area(s).

• Provide medical attention or conduct a water rescue if necessary.
• Monitor the pool and surrounding areas.
• Ensure that the pool area is safe and secure at all times.
• Communicate with guests to make them aware of the safety rules of the pool area(s).
• Aid with resort activities and events in the pool area.

Qualifications

• Certified or ability to become certified: CPR / First Aid certified, Water Safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners.
• Possess ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.

Pay and Schedule

• Pays $16 per hour.
• Full-time hours, Seasonal until the end of 2026.
