About the role

We are seeking a Lifeguard II to join our team. The Lifeguard II will provide lifeguarding services at our aquatic facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifeguarding services including surveillance, rescue, and emergency response
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with patrons and staff regarding pool rules and safety procedures
• Assist with maintenance and cleaning of the pool area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid lifeguard certification from a recognized agency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical condition and ability to swim

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer service environment
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR
