Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain constant watch of the water and pool area
- Enforce rules and procedures
- Keep pool and pool area clean and safe
- Use equipment as assigned
- Help record/maintain pool chemical readings
- Open and close pool
- Quickly perform and demonstrate emergency procedures
- Maintain equipment, pool and equipment storage areas
Expectations
- Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing the Genesis Health Clubs
- Engage in actions that positively impact the member experience
- Able to respond to common inquiries
Job Requirements
- Lifeguard Certification
- Available to work summer weekends, evenings and holidays
- Must hold current CPR and First Aid certification
- Able to work well with others
- Must be at least 16 years of age
