About the role

Tennessee Grasslands Golf & Country Club is seeking energetic, responsible, and welcoming lifeguards to join their team. The pool is the heart of the club, where families relax, kids laugh, and great memories are made every day.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all members and guests in and around the pool area
• Enforce pool rules in a friendly, respectful manner
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and first-aid situations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pool environment
• Support swim team events, swimming lessons, and other poolside activities

Requirements

• Current lifeguard certification (Red Cross or equivalent)
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
• A love for the water and helping people

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends throughout the season
• Must be available to work select holidays, including Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day
