Main duties and responsibilities
- Supervise poolside activity
- Perform water tests
- Ensure safe operation
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Create a welcoming environment
- Prepare and support events
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational readiness
- Work closely with Duty Managers
- Lead and support shifts
Skills and experience required
- Previous experience working within a customer facing role
- Able to build effective working relationships
- Able to deliver exceptional customer service
- Able to work flexible and unsociable hours
- Current and up to date NPLQ or ability to achieve in the first 3-6 months (internal training provided)
- Minimum of GCSE or equivalent qualifications including Maths and English Grade D/3 or above
