Lifeguard Duty Assistant

Main duties and responsibilities

• Supervise poolside activity
• Perform water tests
• Ensure safe operation
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Create a welcoming environment
• Prepare and support events
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational readiness
• Work closely with Duty Managers
• Lead and support shifts

Skills and experience required

• Previous experience working within a customer facing role
• Able to build effective working relationships
• Able to deliver exceptional customer service
• Able to work flexible and unsociable hours
• Current and up to date NPLQ or ability to achieve in the first 3-6 months (internal training provided)
• Minimum of GCSE or equivalent qualifications including Maths and English Grade D/3 or above
