We need to output HTML fragment with sections: use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove YMCA competencies? Might be considered part of Requirements? The posting includes "OUR CULTURE", "YMCA PART-TIME BENEFITS OVERVIEW", "YMCA COMPETENCIES (Leader)", "Requirements QUALIFICATIONS:", "Work Environment & Physical Demands", "Ymca Safety Requirements", "Reasonable Accommodation Statement", "Job Title: Lifeguard FLSA Status: Non - Exempt Job Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $13.72 - $17.14 / Hour Revision Date: 9/17/2026". Also "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. We need to extract substantive content: Position summary (description), essential functions list, maybe "OUR CULTURE" could be considered part of About the role? Might be considered as description. We need to decide sections. We have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. - About the role: Could be the position summary paragraph: "Dive into an exciting role where you’ll make a splash every day! As a Lifeguard, you'll be the ultimate protector of fun, ensuring everyone enjoys the water safely in our vibrant aquatics center. Whether you’re stationed at the pool or chatting with members, you’ll be the first responder, safety enforcer, and maybe even a swim coach in the making! This job is perfect for strong swimmers who love the water and want to make a difference while having a great time." - Responsibilities: The essential functions list (Rescue Ready, Monitor Aquatic Areas, Emergency Response, Enforce Safety Rules, First Aid Guru, Customer Service Pro, Swim Instructor (Bonus Fun & Pay!), Team Player, Conduct Safety Checks, Assist with Facility Maintenance, Record Keeping, Continuous Training). Could be bullet list. - Requirements: Might include physical demands, safety requirements, etc. But we also have Qualifications section separate. The posting has "Requirements QUALIFICATIONS:" then bullet list: Certified Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid Certified, Strong Swimmer, Friendly and Approachable. Also "Work Environment & Physical Demands" and "Ymca Safety Requirements". Those could be under Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to separate Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. Typically Requirements could be the physical demands and safety requirements; Qualifications could be certifications; Skills could be maybe "Friendly and Approachable"? But we need to follow the posting content. We must not invent content. So we need to decide what goes where based on posting. Let's parse posting sections: - POSITION SUMMARY: (the paragraph) - Essential Functions: list of duties (Rescue Ready etc.) - OUR CULTURE: paragraph about mission/values. - YMCA PART-TIME BENEFITS OVERVIEW: list of benefits (Complimentary YMCA Membership, Flexible Scheduling, Professional Development, Retirement Benefits, Employee Resource Groups) - YMCA COMPETENCIES (Leader): list of competencies (Mission Advancement, Collaboration, Operational Effectiveness, Personal Growth) each with sub-bullets. - Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: list (Certified Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid Certified, Strong Swimmer, Friendly and Approachable) - Work Environment & Physical Demands: paragraph describing physical demands. - Ymca Safety Requirements: list (CPR & First Aid – Must be able to complete and maintain certification..., Emergency Response..., Incident Management..., Safe Environment..., Physical Readiness..., Compliance...) - Reasonable Accommodation Statement: paragraph. - Job Title etc metadata. - Equal Opportunity Employer statement. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, Reasonable Accommodation? Might be considered boilerplate but it's substantive? It's a statement about accommodation; could be considered part of Requirements? Might be kept? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So Reasonable Accommodation Statement is likely legal boilerplate; remove. Also Equal Opportunity Employer statement remove. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include: - Position summary paragraph. - Essential functions list. - Our culture paragraph? Might be considered part of About the role? Could be separate but we only have headings defined. Could include under About the role (makes sense). Or we could create a separate section but not allowed headings besides those. So we can incorporate culture into About the role. - Benefits: from YMCA PART-TIME BENEFITS OVERVIEW list. - Pay: from Pay Rate: $13.72 - $17.14 / Hour. - Schedule: Not explicitly stated; there is "Flexible Scheduling" under benefits but not a specific schedule. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Schedule not stated explicitly; we have "Flexible Scheduling" as a benefit, but not a schedule section. So we should not create a Schedule section. - Skills: Could be derived from competencies? The posting includes YMCA COMPETENCIES (Leader) which are skills/competencies. Could be placed under Skills section. However we must not invent content; we can include those as list under Skills. - Requirements: Could be the Work Environment & Physical Demands and Ymca Safety Requirements (maybe combined). Or we could put those under Requirements. - Qualifications: the list of certifications etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include metadata like Job ID, FLSA Status, Job Type, Revision Date. Those are minor metadata; we can drop them or fold into short p. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph with FLSA Status, Job Type, Pay Rate? But Pay Rate we already have as Pay section. Job Type maybe not needed. We could drop. Thus final HTML:
