About the role

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking qualified Lifeguard(s) for our aquatics complex to further enhance and ensure a safe and clean environment. Candidates must have an outgoing personality, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service skills. Preference is given to candidates who are CPR/AED certified and hold an active American Red Cross lifeguard certification. The primary responsibility is to maintain and ensure a safe and clean environment for the enjoyment of club members and their guests, reflecting the Club’s standards of appearance and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide members and guests with lifesaving emergency rescue in case of accident or medical emergency.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all members and guests.
• Maintain inventory of clean towels and coordinate with the laundry department.
• Clean all chairs and tables daily, especially in the most frequently used areas.

Requirements

• Active American Red Cross Lifeguard certification.
• Prefer certification in CPR & AED.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• 1–2 years of lifeguarding experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
