About the Role
This position supports the district's technology infrastructure and provides technical assistance to staff and students.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve technology problems in a timely manner
- Support classroom technology including interactive whiteboards and projectors
- Assist with device deployment and inventory management
- Document technical procedures and maintain support logs
- Collaborate with team members on technology projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
