About Camp Pepin

Camp Pepin is a premier summer camp located in Minnesota offering day camps, specialty camps, teen camps, resident camps, and family fun events. We provide a wide range of activities including sports, fitness, swimming lessons, and birthday parties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise various age groups during camp sessions.
• Ensure safety and supervision of campers at all times.
• Plan and implement daily activities that promote physical activity and fun.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding camper progress and needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and record keeping.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with children, preferably in a camp setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Excellent health and ability to meet physical demands of the job.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
