Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas regularly to maintain a safe environment for all patrons.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Promptly respond to emergencies.
• Oversee one swim class during scheduled shifts.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM.

Requirements

• Strong swimming abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of water safety protocols.
• Effective communication skills to engage with patrons and enforce facility rules.
• Ability to respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations.
• Prior lifeguarding experience preferred.
• Teamwork and adaptability.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing.
