Under general supervision, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of individuals in and around the aquatic facility.
Responsibilities
- Prevent and respond to emergencies
- Enforce facility rules
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Strong swimming skills
- Quick decision-making abilities
- Effective communication
- Ability to work morning shifts
- Current Red Cross lifeguard certification or the ability to obtain prior to starting work (recognized lifeguard training program other than Red Cross may be substituted)
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
Pay
Starting salary: $10.20 per hour
