Aqua-Tots Swim School is hiring Lifeguards in Braintree, MA. This is a great company with a supportive and fun culture.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate the Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson. - Provide quality swim instruction to help children become confident swimmers. - Uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction with children, parents, and staff members. - Maintain a safe pool environment. - Ensure the safety of all swimmers. - Communicate effectively with all staff and members. - Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome. - Report to manager if complaints are unresolved. - Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction.

Requirements

- Fun, friendly, reliable, energetic, outgoing, and great team players. - Currently certified in Red Cross Lifeguarding.

Qualifications

- Must have an American Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate.

Schedule

- After school. - Day or evening shift. - Monday to Friday. - Weekends as needed.

License/Certification

- Lifeguard Certification (Preferred but can be trained).

Pay

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour.
