Responsibilities

• Building new drips and expanding or optimizing existing ones across the full customer journey, from first touch through activation, conversion, and retention
• Drafting email and SMS copy for new and updated flows, working from our brand voice guidelines and refining based on our feedback
• Digging into our funnels to find where people drop off, then designing and launching re-engagement and win-back programs to address it
• Standing up lifecycle support for new program and campaign launches
• Auditing existing flows and updating messaging, logic, and timing as our programs and positioning evolve
