Responsibilities

• Help plan and lead creative activities such as games, crafts, music, and group events
• Encourage residents to participate and stay engaged in daily programming
• Support a safe and comfortable environment, following guidelines for fall prevention, infection control, and dementia care
• Assist with tracking participation, distributing mail, and supporting resident engagement programs
• Pitch in with other duties that help support residents and the community

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• No previous experience required—we provide training
• A friendly, upbeat attitude and a genuine interest in working with seniors
• Experience in customer service, childcare, or healthcare is helpful but not required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license (if driving company vehicles)

Skills

• Customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
