About the Role

Jersey College is seeking passionate educators to join our Nursing Program. We are looking for individuals dedicated to teaching and committed to the success of their students, helping to shape the next generation of nursing professionals.

Essential Functions

• Preparing student progress reports and grade reports
• Maintaining accurate and timely attendance records
• Evaluating student competence based on program philosophy and objectives
• Implementing evaluation devices of student learning and clinical experience to measure progress and competency
• Attending faculty meetings
• Maintaining professional qualifications through participation in continuing education programs, in-service training, and academic courses
• Performing other duties as required by the program director, program dean, or campus administration

• Knowledgeable and experienced in the area of nursing specialty

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 15 semester hours or 23 quarter hours in the teaching discipline from an accredited school
• Master's degree is preferred
• Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required
