About the role
We are seeking a Life Success Specialist to serve Phoenix, Tempe, and Guadalupe. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping youth (ages 5–17) and their families build practical skills for success.
Responsibilities
- Teach daily life skills and support DCS reunification efforts.
- Create lasting change through 1:1 work with youth and caregivers.
- Plan therapeutic activities, sports, and recreational outings.
- Collaborate with DCS to help families stay together.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, with varying hours based on client needs.
- Engage year-round, including during summer and school breaks.
- Maintain mobility and travel throughout the East Valley, including frequent transport and both indoor and outdoor activities.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ year in youth-focused behavioral health.
- Education: High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s in a related field preferred.
- Mobility: Must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License and an insured personal vehicle meeting $100K/$300K coverage requirements to transport youth.
- Clearances: Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, and a negative TB test.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Initial Salary (First 60 Days): $38,000 – $42,000.
- Incentivized Growth: After probation, you’ll transition to a Base Salary + Pay-Per-Unit model.

Pay
