Life Sciences Transactions Associate (2nd-5th Year)
About the role
Paul Hastings’ growing Life Sciences Transactions practice is seeking a 2nd‑5th year associate. The associate will support the team on a broad range of transactions, including technology‑driven strategic licensing and collaboration transactions for companies in the biotech, pharma, medical device and other life‑sciences spaces.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of post‑law‑school experience.
- Experience with licensing and technology transactions in the life‑sciences sector.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Ability to work in either the New York or Boston office.
Pay
Salary range: $260,000 – $365,000 annually (actual pay may vary based on experience or other relevant factors).
