About The Role

We are seeking PhD-level Biology Experts to support the development of next-generation AI systems. In this fully remote contract role, you'll apply your biology expertise to review, create, and improve AI training content. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate biology-related AI training content.
• Create and refine scientific questions, scenarios, and explanations.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of biological data.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI projects.

Requirements

• PhD in Biology or a related life sciences field.
• 4-10 years of academic, research, or industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of biological sciences and scientific research.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Exposure to AI or Machine Learning is an advantage but not required.
