Subject Matter Expert (Life Sciences)

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Guidance: Provide deep expertise in AI and Life Sciences and its applications in Pharma, Healthcare.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to industry-specific needs.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA guidelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping them leverage AI for operational efficiency.
• Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption and maximize platform utilization.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements using AI capabilities.
• Industry Thought Leadership: Stay updated on trends in Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences, and provide strategic recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

• AI Expertise: 5+ years of experience in AI, including Health and Life Sciences.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences business processes.
• Integration & Architecture: Experience with API integrations, data modeling, and enterprise architecture.
• Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, and other healthcare regulations.
• Communication & Leadership: Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and analytics.
