Life Sciences Planning Transformation Senior Manager

About the role

A Senior Manager leading Planning transformation initiatives within the Supply Chain & Engineering practice for Life Sciences, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite and operations leaders to leverage AI for optimized planning and operations.

Responsibilities

• Client Leadership & Growth: Build and maintain executive relationships, guide AI-driven planning projects, and develop market-leading offerings to drive client value and long-term partnerships.
• Planning Program Leadership: Oversee complex, multi-partner delivery integrating engineering, supply chain, and digital manufacturing, applying structured problem-solving and managing delivery risks.
• AI-Enabled Transformation: Lead large-scale programs addressing demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning challenges, utilizing data and analytics to deliver innovative solutions.
• Practice & Talent Leadership: Mentor teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and contribute to capability development, talent growth, and practice building.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 8 years of senior leadership experience in planning transformation, expertise in planning technology solutions (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis), strong understanding of data and AI in Life Sciences, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Attributes: Strong relationship-building, problem structuring, communication skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams in consulting or Life Sciences industries.

Flexibility for travel up to 75%.
