Life Sciences Market Access Senior Consultant

Work you'll do

• Support Market Access workstreams spanning pricing, reimbursement, payer strategy, value communication, and evidence generation.
• Work with client access strategy, medical, and commercial leaders to help address market access priorities and contribute to actionable recommendations.
• Translate business questions into structured analyses, synthesized insights, and client-ready deliverables.
• Contribute to day-to-day client delivery, including working sessions, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communications.
• Participate in practice initiatives, professional development, and the use of analytics and artificial intelligence-enabled tools to improve delivery quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Market Access, pricing, reimbursement, Life Sciences, healthcare, or strategy consulting.
• 5+ years of experience supporting projects or analyses related to Market Access, payer strategy, reimbursement, healthcare strategy, or Life Sciences commercial topics.
• 5+ years of experience serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other Life Sciences clients through project support, analysis, or engagement delivery is preferred.
• Ability to travel 30%+, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
