About the role

A Nationally Recognized Am Law Firm is actively seeking Life Sciences Intellectual Property (IP) Partners with a portable book of business of $600,000 or more to help drive continued expansion in the Life Sciences sector. This opportunity is available across multiple major markets, including Denver, Salt Lake City, Southern California, and Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

• Handle prosecution, litigation, and transactional IP matters in the life sciences space
• Work closely with clients in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of high-value life sciences cases
• Engage in strategic planning and development of new business opportunities
• Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions

Requirements

• Partner or senior counsel level
• $600K+ in portable, consistent IP-related life sciences business
• Background in biotech, pharma, or medical device intellectual property
• Interest in building cross-disciplinary client relationships
