Life Safety Officer
About the role
At Life Enriching Communities, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of the entire campus, maintaining fire and emergency procedures, and communicating safety and security protocols across the campus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure security of the entire campus, including parking areas
- Maintain fire and emergency procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
- Communicate safety and security protocols across the campus
- Maintain records, statistics, and incident reports as directed
- Investigate incidents and accidents, reporting them to the appropriate departments
- Inspect and maintain life safety equipment
- Test fire alarms, detection systems, extinguishers, and emergency call systems
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Valid Driver’s License
