About The Role

Our Adult Supported Living Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Bridge House in Surfleet, Lincolnshire. This role is currently offering a £500 joining bonus.

About The Candidate

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. You will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community. You will also drive the company vehicle, which is provided for transporting the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings.
