Requirements
- Active Texas Life & Health License
- Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License (Or ability to obtain in 60 days)
- (Applications without Life and health licenses cannot be considered.)
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline through warm leads, referrals, and community engagement
- Conduct needs-based assessments across Life, Health, and P&C lines
- Educate clients on coverage options and long-term financial protection
- Deliver exceptional service through follow-ups and policy reviews
- Maintain compliance with Farmers standards
