Responsibilities
- Aid in the submission of life insurance applications.
- Follow up on pending underwriting requirements.
- Call life insurance companies for policy updates and requirement details.
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding requirements.
- Support agents during both pre-sale and post-sale processes.
- Maintain professional client communication and relationships.
- Update CRM systems and client records accurately.
- Schedule quarterly, semi-annual, and annual policy review appointments.
- Cook with agents to ensure policies are issued and paid efficiently.
Qualifications
- 2 – 5+ years of experience as a policy coordinator or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Takes initiative, assertive, and solves problems independently.
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Life insurance industry experience in the US is preferred.
- Experience working with US-based insurance agencies or companies is highly preferred.
- Experience using CRMs, Google workspace, or insurance platforms is a plus.
- A reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection required.
