Life Insurance Policy Coordinator (US Clients/Carriers)

Responsibilities

  • Aid in the submission of life insurance applications.
  • Follow up on pending underwriting requirements.
  • Call life insurance companies for policy updates and requirement details.
  • Communicate with clients regarding outstanding requirements.
  • Support agents during both pre-sale and post-sale processes.
  • Maintain professional client communication and relationships.
  • Update CRM systems and client records accurately.
  • Schedule quarterly, semi-annual, and annual policy review appointments.
  • Cook with agents to ensure policies are issued and paid efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 2 – 5+ years of experience as a policy coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively.
  • Takes initiative, assertive, and solves problems independently.
  • Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
  • Life insurance industry experience in the US is preferred.
  • Experience working with US-based insurance agencies or companies is highly preferred.
  • Experience using CRMs, Google workspace, or insurance platforms is a plus.
  • A reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection required.
