About the role

We are a U.S.-based life insurance agency looking for an experienced appointment setter to call our provided leads and schedule appointments with interested prospects.

Responsibilities

• Call life insurance leads provided by us
• Follow our calling script
• Schedule appointments directly on our calendar
• Follow up with leads who do not answer
• Update call results and notes
• Work during U.S. Eastern Time

Requirements

• Previous outbound calling/appointment-setting experience
• Life insurance or final expense calling experience preferred
• Clear and professional English
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls
