LIFE/HEALTH INSURANCE POSITION - STATE FARM AGENT TEAM MEMBER

About the role

State Farm independent contractor agents seek an outgoing, customer-focused team member to market State Farm insurance and financial service products.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships; follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Proactive in problem-solving.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Ability to work in a team environment and relate effectively to customers.
• Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license.
• Must be able to obtain Life and Health license.
