Responsibilities
- Sell life and health insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Conduct needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for clients
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients
- Aid clients with claims and policy changes
- Develop and maintain client relationships to foster long-term trust
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- State insurance license for life and health insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products
- Sales experience, preferably in insurance
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency with insurance agency software
