Responsibilities Provide life and health insurance to new and existing customers by assessing their needs, recommending suitable policies, and clearly explaining policy features, benefits, and exclusions.Stay ahead of industry trends and product innovations while confidently navigating state and federal regulations.Demonstrate a strong work ethic with full commitment to daily success.Partner with your agency’s team to build successful, rewarding, and lasting customer relationships.Assist customers with claims and policy changes to ensure a smooth experience. Qualifications Licensed for life and health insurance.Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance products.Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Skilled at building and maintaining customer relationships. Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
