Life Enrichment Specialist $17/Hr Glasgow Ky TC

About the Role

In this role, you will help foster daily well-being and independence for an adult client through supportive companionship, assistance with household tasks, and encouragement of healthy routines. You'll play a vital role in enriching the client's quality of life with patience, empathy, and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including light bathing support and help with hygiene as needed
• Support with everyday household needs such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and grocery shopping
• Assist with errands and provide transportation to appointments
• Encourage positive emotional wellbeing and help manage daytoday routines
• Maintain a calm, respectful approach when navigating moments of stress or mood changes
• Communicate any concerns or incidents promptly to the care coordinator/team lead

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or life enrichment experience preferred
• Ability to remain patient, professional, and supportive in a variety of situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must be comfortable assisting with personal care tasks
• Ideal candidate will be someone who can establish clear boundaries while maintaining compassion and professionalism

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am–4pm
