Responsibilities

• Meal preparation and feeding
• Dressing and personal hygiene assistance
• Toileting and bathroom transfers
• Light housekeeping
• Walking, guidance, and mobility supervision
• Companionship and attentive support

Requirements

• Female caregiver (client preference)
• Swahili-speaking ability (essential for clear communication)
• Experience assisting visually impaired individuals with mobility limitations
• Comfortable providing hands-on physical support, including transfers and walking guidance
• Patient, honest, compassionate, reliable, and attentive
• Ability to prioritize client comfort and safety
• No travel or errands required; work is in the client’s home (clean with some clutter, shared with family)

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience
• Fluency in Swahili

$18 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (45 hours per week)
