Responsibilities
- Plan and implement quality of life (life enrichment) activities programs, both individual and group, that meet the needs of all Woodridge residents.
- Seek to resolve problems and conflicts.
- Identify and initiate tasks that arise daily.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Qualifications
- High School diploma with at least one year of experience in a healthcare environment, or an Associate’s Degree with equivalent work experience in a therapeutic discipline (music, art, or recreation).
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or related field.
Skills
- Overall knowledge and understanding of the aging process.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
