About the role

The Life Enrichment Coordinator (Community Life) at Glacier Hills in Ann Arbor, MI, supports the interests and enhances the functional abilities of residents through planned activities. This position collaborates with the Administrator to allocate resources efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates activities to meet the interests and enhance the functional abilities of residents.
• Works with volunteers to provide activities that enhance the living experience and well-being of each resident.
• Allocates resources in an efficient and economic manner to ensure the program's viability under the supervision of the Administrator.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Six months of experience with planning and implementing socialization activities preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Self-starter, creative, and highly motivated with a high energy level.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the organization.
