What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement meaningful life-enrichment programs that support the physical, social, cognitive, and spiritual well-being of senior residents
- Plan, coordinate, and lead daily activities, group programs, and community-wide special events
- Encourage resident engagement while modifying activities to meet varying abilities, interests, and care needs
- Support a warm, engaging, and inclusive senior living community that promotes quality of life and resident satisfaction
- Creatively organize and conduct holiday celebrations, birthday recognitions, and other significant life milestones
- Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, care staff, and community leadership
What You’ll Need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older, required
- High school diploma or GED required, college or related training a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience planning and leading activities or events, required
- Previous experience working with senior adults strongly preferred
