Life Enrichment Coordinator

About the role

Touchmark at All Saints is the area’s leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as an Activities Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of an activities program that meets the physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of residents.
• Exercise creativity and encourage/motivate others to participate in activities.
• Be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their families.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with a social or recreational activities program.
• Interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality regarding resident status and medical history.
• Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Full-Time Sunday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Some evenings and holidays.

Skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
