Responsibilities
- Aid the Director of Life Enrichment in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all resident activities.
- Schedule and execute diverse and engaging programs to meet the needs of a diverse resident population.
- Prepare and distribute monthly calendars according to the Community standards.
- Lead daily resident activities per the Community standards.
- Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees.
- Provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents and staff in the area of disease prevention and management.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- An associate’s degree preferred.
- Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment.
- Previous experience working with memory care residents preferred.
