About the role
Beztak Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service and a commitment to excellence, working alongside our residents to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Promote resident socialization, growth, and development by planning and executing resident activities
- Drive residents in community vehicles to social events, various appointments, and special events
- Enhance residents' quality of life by addressing their social, physical, and mental health
- Aid the Director of Life Enrichment with transportation requests, calendar management, activity facilitation, and resident-centered activities
- Support the Director of Life Enrichment with booking and leading resident-centered activities across different service levels
- Operate company or personal vehicles for work-related purposes
- Handle urgent matters, resolve conflicts, and interact with difficult customers/vendors in a high-pressure environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and the public
- Perform room and event set-up and re-set duties
- Keep resident profiles, life stories, and directory records updated
- Ensure all activities align with residents' talents and interests
- Participate in Beztak's promotion from within culture, which values excellent, ethical, and effective practices
Qualifications and Education
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in related field
- Clean driving record

Physical Demands
- Regularly sit for long periods of time, walk, stand, and communicate with residents, staff, family members, and the public
- Occasionally re-arrange furniture for events, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Work Environment
- Typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent, and fluorescent light
- May be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow
- May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks
- Periodically confined to a vehicle
