$15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate planned activities in a retirement community for both assisted living and memory care units, including exercise classes, sing-alongs, brain power activities, sports, art classes, and reading
• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of the community
• Observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement to evaluate facility activities and resident progress
• Involve residents and families in planning activity programs when possible
• Transport residents to appointments and scenic drives

Requirements

• Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure, and be a self-starter
• Current CDL strongly preferred
• Able to move at least 50 pounds, including tables and chairs, on a regular basis
