Life Enrichment Assistant - Full-Time

Astoria Senior Living in Omaha, NE is looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant who loves creating meaningful experiences and making every day special for seniors. At Agemark Senior Living, we’ve spent over 35 years creating communities where residents feel connected, engaged, and at home.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and lead activities, games, social events, and programs residents look forward to.
• Encourage resident participation, learn their interests, and create meaningful moments throughout the day.
• Assist with community celebrations, special events, and resident outings.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, families, team members, and community organizations.
• Help maintain activity areas, supplies, and equipment so programs run smoothly.
• Drive residents to appointments, activities, and outings as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in assisted living or senior care is a plus.
• Friendly, energetic, and comfortable engaging with residents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record with the ability to learn to drive a passenger van.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
