Life Enrichment Assistant - Full-Time

Location: Vancouver, WA | Full‑Time | Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM | Weekend availability required.

About the role

The Evergreen Inn, an Agemark Senior Living community, seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant to create meaningful, engaging experiences for residents. You will help bring fun, foster connections, celebrate events, and support an EPIC ACTS culture (Excellence, Personal Investment, Celebration, Accountability, Compassion, Team Spirit).

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging activities, games, programs, and experiences that residents look forward to.
• Encourage resident involvement, build friendships, and facilitate meaningful moments together.
• Assist with special events, celebrations, outings, and community traditions.
• Develop fresh ideas and energy for programs based on residents’ interests and abilities.
• Build relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners.
• Safely drive residents to outings and appointments as needed.
• Maintain activity spaces, supplies, calendars, and equipment in an organized manner.

Requirements

• Positive, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for working with older adults.
• Experience in assisted living or senior care is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to drive a passenger van.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Dependable, team‑focused approach that reflects the EPIC ACTS values.
