Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and coordination of the activities program for the community.
- Ensure the activities program reflects the varied interests of the residents.
- Provide residents with meaningful and enriching activities to engage in.
- Programs should encompass all facets of an individual’s being: physical, emotional/intellectual, social, artistic, spiritual, musical, and purposeful.
- Affirmatively recruit and train volunteers to participate in facility activities.
Qualifications
- Preferred but not required: HCA or CNA certification.
- Genuine concern for and ability to work with the elderly.
- Experience in creating/coordinating activities for older adults.
- Maintain a valid Food Handler’s card.
- Maintain a valid CPR & First Aid Training card.
- Experience or be trained to drive large mini-bus.
- Submit a clear driving record for inclusion in facility vehicle insurance coverage.
- Available to work weekends, evenings, and/or holidays, as needed/scheduled.
Benefits
- Paid at a rate of $21.00-$21.50 per hour.
- This is a part-time position, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8 hours per day.
Schedule
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8 hours per day.

Pay Range: USD $21.00 - USD $21.50 /Hr.
