Position Overview The Springs at Grand Park is looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant who’s not just interested in planning activities but is passionate about transforming them into memorable experiences. Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday - 4 days a week Key Traits & Skills Creativity with intention—generating ideas that bring both joy and depthEmpathy and patience to understand each resident's unique story and interestsA lively sense of humor and the ability to foster community connectionRespect for confidentiality and individuality; every resident’s story is valuedAn organized, dependable, and positive team player with excellent communication skills Responsibilities Plan and lead engaging events including educational events, exercise, outings, arts and crafts, holiday festivities, and morePartner with residents and team members to create collaborative, resident-centered programsEncourage participation with empathy, patience, and enthusiasmPrepare and serve snacks, adding warmth and care to each gatheringAssist with transportation to and from community events Qualifications Experience with seniors or Memory Care (dementia) experience is a plus but not requiredProficiency in MS Office applicationsMust pass background check and pre-employment drug screen Why The Springs Living?
