Life Enrichment Assistant

Position Summary

The Life Enrichment Assistant plays a key role in creating a vibrant and engaging community for our residents. This position assists with planning, organizing, and leading activities that promote socialization, emotional well-being, physical activity, and fun.

Qualifications

• Required: CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with seniors, families, and team members
• Basic computer skills including email, Microsoft Office, and data entry
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Weekend availability preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and twisting
• Safe assistance with residents' activities and outings
