About the role
This position provides life enrichment activities to residents in a skilled nursing facility.Responsibilities
- Plan and implement daily activities that promote physical, mental, and social well-being.
- Assist residents with personal care and hygiene as needed.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure continuity of care.
- Document activities and progress in resident records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with seniors preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
