About the role
Join our family-oriented team at Springfield Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center in Springfield, MO as a Life Enrichment Assistant. We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative individual who enjoys working with seniors and is passionate about enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead meaningful daily activities for Long Term Care, Memory Care, or Rehab patients (some weekends/evenings/holidays required)
- Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation in a timely manner
- Ensure all State, Federal, and facility guidelines are met
- Collaborate with staff to build morale and bring the fun to our residents
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Team player with basic typing and computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Publisher (for calendars, newsletters, and marketing materials)
