Job Summary
At Monarch Communities Senior Living, our Life Enrichment Assistants play a key role in enriching the lives of our residents through various programs and activities.
What Will You Get to Do?
- Get to know the residents and plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming.
- Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
- Participate in activities such as games, painting, singing, and music.
- Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily fun activities.
- Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
- Help set up and break down events and activities.

- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
