About the role
The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Life Underwriting & Policy Issue department is currently seeking a case manager.
Responsibilities
- Complete all facts of application processing, including input and policy issuance
- Enter information into Lifepro and AppTrac systems
- Provide excellent customer service to agents, field representatives and vendors
- Obtain requirements as determined by underwriting process
- Initial premium and activate coverage
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptable to change in a positive manner
- Effective time management skills
- Capable of working with and supporting underwriting and team members
- Strong problem solving skills
- Customer service experience
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Knowledge of Microsoft® Office products
Qualifications
- Associate's degree (preferred)
- Two or more years business experience (preferred)
- Lifepro experience (preferred)
Skills
- Outstanding service
- Developing strong relationships with independent agents

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
